We had send 3 emails to the City of Vancouver major in concern of poor quality of construction by Concord Pacific Group with no respond. City engineers signed for occupancy permit only to find that property never been inspected by City engineers. They stated the City is satisfied by signature of Concord hired engineer.
Wonder why taxpayer money are waisted to keep high paid city engineering team? Does City Of Vancouver Care about construction Quality.

I send 2 emails to City of Vancouver Council. I received reply that emails had been received and would be transferred to appropriate department. Four month latter I am still waiting for respond from Appropriate department.

It is shame what city is allowing Concord Pacific to wash their hands away with. Concord Pacific is in complete control of the city of Vancouver.By supporting the elections they buy everything and everybody. They are allowed to cheet,violate any Rules and Regulations protected by most of the lawyers in BC. Lawyers are there not to find and proof the truth,but protect Concord Pacific Group from responcibilities. It works well for Concord Pacific. Our goverement in complete support. I hope they really enjoy the evening dinners on the Concord Pacific yacht owner Terrence Hui,who does not give a dawm about people of Vancouver. Money greed, Why homeowners paying land taxes for the land owned by Terry Hui? Money can do anything in Vancouver because our Goverement allowes it. But is it the reason we voted for you?

Sean, what a thoughtful, gripping and powerful speech! I wish I was able to be there. For sure 20 years is long enough to remediate the soil, but maybe not long enough to remediate the brains of the folks who put the original deal together.
I thought in Mexico the folks have short recall, must be sneaking North of the border! It is great that you reminded the folks in Vancouver to think about this wonderful and important green area of Vancouver, thank you.
